Which online tool makes story paper with a picture box and writing lines?
PaperGens has a story paper template with a large picture box above grouped handwriting lines. You can use the preview to inspect the layout and download a PDF for a child to draw and write on. It is useful when the activity calls for a picture and a short handwritten story on the same page. This is a guide to our own product, published by PaperGens.

A page for drawing and writing together
The picture box gives the child a place to illustrate an idea, while the writing area below keeps the story on the same sheet. The preset uses grouped handwriting guides with a dashed midline. Inspect the line size and number of groups before giving the sheet to a child; different ages and exercises need different amounts of writing space.
How to prepare the sheet
Open the story paper template and review the full page. Download a PDF if the default layout fits the exercise, or open the editor to inspect the available adjustments. In the printer dialog, match the paper size to the exported file. Print one test page so you can check the available drawing and writing space.
Choose a different layout when needed
This template is a blank page, not a story generator or a handwriting assessment. If the exercise needs a full page of writing, primary lined paper leaves more room for text. If it requires a specific school handwriting system, compare the actual guides with that requirement before printing a batch.
Common questions
Does the template include a writing prompt?
It is a blank drawing and handwriting layout. You supply the exercise, story idea and instructions.
Are the handwriting lines below the picture?
Yes. The current preset places a large picture box above grouped handwriting lines.
